For Round 3 of the @Work Advice Contest, we asked three people with very cool jobs — D.C. United coach Ben Olsen, BET CEO Debra Lee, and cartoonist Nick Galifianakis — to tell us about a problem they've faced in the workplace, and how it was resolved. We assigned the "problem" videos to the contestants at random. See what advice they had to offer, then find out what the real-life solution was. Once you've watched, be sure to vote for your favorite of our six contestants. Only four will continue on to the next round.

Cartoonist Nick Galifianakis: What should you do when a co-worker's personal hygiene is driving people away?
